Water in California is limited and precious. Climate change, drought, and competing water needs and priorities are creating a water landscape in need of innovative solutions and models steeped in collaboration. Our work in water seeks to both develop new frameworks to guide policy about water, as well as bring our collaborative expertise to the many efforts that we are engaged in. We bring stakeholders together around issues ranging from the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act and other groundwater storage initiatives, to multi-stakeholder roundtables that seek to work together on projects that restore groundwater and develop water solutions, from the headwaters to the ocean.
