California’s agricultural and working lands are a major source of the world’s food supply, in addition to providing habitat, economic vitality, and other benefits to California. We help those in agriculture, ranching, and forestry, as well as agencies, NGOs, and communities with a stake in keeping working lands working, identify and work toward sustainable solutions for all.
Our current work is focused on conserving the most productive working lands in the face of multiple pressures, including drought, water restrictions, changing soils, and a changing labor market, and strengthening integrated pest management practices in California.
